Foot Petals Ball of Foot Cushions are perfectly designed to prevent your feet from sliding forward in your shoes.

These adhesive pads eliminate "toe scrunch" and that ugly overhang, and help keep your feel back in your shoes, also eliminating gapping and rubbing at the back of the heel. Foot Petals Ball of Foot Cushions also work great as shock absorbers for an extra comfy stride.

Directions:

1. Before exposing adhesive, test the placement of the Ball of Foot Cushions in your shoes. Position the widest part toward the front of the shoe. Find the position that cushions best and check for fit.

2. Make sure shoe interior is clean and dry.

3. Remove adhesive backing from the Ball of Foot Cushions and position them carefully into place.

Note: The adhesive is permanent. Ball of Foot Cushions should not be removed and reused.
